DMADEIT will begin the design development process upon receiving the initial payment of 70%. The client will be notified by e-mail or phone immediately upon payment confirmation, thus assigning a designer and confirming the immediate start of the project. DMADEIT will produce your initial concepts within 7-14 business days following the receipt of your payment.

DMADEIT will provide printing services by third printing company or direct you to third printing?companies.?Both parties need to fully understand each other before start printing work.

Revision cycles generally consist of 3-5 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the client in the Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. The client may request significant changes in the 1st and 2nd cycles, and the Responses might be quite different in nature from the original composition chosen. By the 3rd revision request, Client”s requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. Revision requests that depart from the current composition will be honored and completed in the same timely manner, however DMADEIT reserves the right to charge $50 for each such Revision minimum 5hrs. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without authorization from Client.

Payment is made through the DMADEIT Secure Accounting System, to which client will be provided access upon project acceptance. We request a 70% deposit to start working, the rest is paid upon completion, unless other arrangements have been added and approved. Optionally, the client can also make the payment by wire transfer. In that case, DMADEIT will wait for the payment to be confirmed before the project can officially start.

Refunds and not normally available once the initial designs have been created and supplied to the client, but refunds for incomplete work will be considered at the discretion of the management.Should Client receive such refund, they acknowledge that they will have no right (express or implied) to use any response/samples or other work product, content, or media, nor any ownership interest in or to the same.

Client agrees to provide timely responses to DMADEIT after receiving status notifications from DMADEIT. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set of Responses submitted to Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to so respond, DMADEIT will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. At such time, DMADEIT shall will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay DMADEIT all fees and expenses associated with work performed by DMADEIT.

To register as a Client, you much be at least 18 years of age, agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and complete the registration procedure. By registering as a Client, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that the information you include as part of the registration process is complete and accurate and, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. DMADEIT may accept or reject your registration in its sole discretion. The Service is not directed to children.

DMADEIT expects the Client to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client”s legal rights to any name or image. DMADEIT is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.

Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. DMADEIT retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of DMADEIT. Clients can purchase additional logo designs provided within the samples.
